Prosecutors are claiming thatSean “Diddy” Combshas made an effort to “evade law enforcement monitoring” and “corruptly influence witness testimony” while incarcerated at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn.
A lawyer for Combs did not respond to PEOPLE’s request for comment on Saturday, Nov. 16.

In the new court documents, prosecutors argue that Combs “offers nothing new and material justifying a third bail hearing” and “has continued to engage in a relentless course of obstructive conduct designed to subvert the integrity” of the proceedings.

Jasveen Sangha, one offive defendants charged, is accused of havingdistributed the ketaminethat killed theFriendsstar, the Department of Justice said.
Sangha is charged with one count of conspiracy to distribute ketamine, one count of maintaining a drug-involved premises, one count of possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine, one count of possession with intent to distribute ketamine and five counts of distribution of ketamine.
If she is convicted, she could potentially face up to life in prison.

Federal prosecutors are once again urging a judge not to grantSean “Diddy” Combsbail, claiming the mogul has attempted to tamper with witnesses and influence potential jurors from behind bars.
In the latest filing, prosecutors claim that Combs has made “relentless efforts to contact potential witnesses, including victims of his abuse who could provide powerful testimony against him.”
The Bad Boy Records founder is accused of using the phone access codes, known as PAC numbers, of other inmates to contact several people — including his sons — from jail and has made “three-way calls to contact other individuals.
