The United States healthcare system is currently ranked dead last when compared to other high-income countries, according to a new report.
Researchers assessed five areas: access to care, care process, administrative efficiency, health equity and health outcomes.
The U.S. had the worst-performing healthcare system overall despite spending nearly double that of other countries. It also had the lowest ranking in access to care, health equity and health outcomes.

The University of Georgia has suspended Colbie Young, one of its football team’s top wide receivers, after he was arrested Tuesday morning on allegations he assaulted his pregnant girlfriend and allegedly trying to “squeeze” her stomach during the attack.
Young was arrested after an ex-girlfriend claimed he assaulted her and her unborn child at his apartment late Monday night, around midnight.

After some deliberation on how to handle the situation, Santry eventually decided to call the police.

USA Gymnastics says they have video evidence that will proveJordan Chilesdeserves to keep her bronze medal.
The letter sent to the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) includes a request from USA Gymnastics that the “ruling be revised and Chiles’ bronze-medal score of 13.766 reinstated,” per the Aug. 11 statement.
