Four people have died after a small plane crashed in Vermont.
The four people — now identified as Paul Pelletier, 55, of Columbia, Conn.; Frank Rodriguez, 88, of Lebanon, Conn., and Susan Van Ness, 51, and her daughter Delilah Van Ness, 15, of Middletown, Conn. — headed to brunch at Basin Harbor before heading back to Connecticut shortly after noon, the release added.

The cause of death has been determined for a Kansas City teenager who died just days after football practice at his high school.
On Thursday, Oct. 17, a Johnson County, Kan., medical examiner confirmed that Ovet Gomez Regalado died of heatstroke,ABC Newsreported. The 15-year-old first collapsed as he walked towards Northwest High School following a 15-minute exercise before dying two days later on Aug. 14.
The final assessment comes two months after an initial investigation that began following Regalado’s death over the summer.

A 15-year-old high school student died this week during football practice in Virginia after having a heart attack, his family confirmed.
Per the HCPS, Taylor collapsed after a water break about 10 feet away from one of his coaches. Two coaches near the incident immediately began performing CPR and called authorities.

In aFacebook updateposted on Tuesday, the Winchester Police Department reported that the intersection was “closed for an unknown amount of time due to an injury accident,” while Clark County Public Schools (CCPS)sharedthat it was “aware of the bus accident” and was “work[ing] through this terrible event.

Autumn Crittendon’s cause of death has been confirmed.
On Tuesday, Oct. 22, a spokesperson from the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner in the Virigina Department of Health confirmed to PEOPLE that the16 & Pregnantstar died from toxicity from fentanyl and para/meta-fluorofentanyl, which is a synthetic opioid similar to fentanyl. Her manner of death was ruled as accidental.
Crittendon was found dead on Saturday, July 20 when the Henrico County Police Department responded to a medical emergency regarding an unresponsive adult woman.
