TheBacheloralum, 32, posted a video onhis Instagramof his newborn son Bishop, whom he welcomed last week with husbandJordan C. Brown. In the sweet video, Underwood holds his son in his arms, giving him a bottle as he sits in a chair.
The Beatles' “Here Comes the Sun” plays over the video as the camera moves in, focusing on Bishop’s face. “Our sweet Bishop 💙,” Underwood wrote in his caption.

Amid the COVID-19 pandemic,Colton Underwoodwas struggling with depression, anxiety and a slew of personal issues. Everything in his life was going wrong, he says, and he “didn’t see a way out.”
The formerBachelorwas alone in his Los Angeles home when he attempted suicide, which thankfully was unsuccessful. He calls it the turning point in his mental health journey.
“I woke up the next morning and I remember vividly staring into my dog’s eyes and realizing I needed help, ” he tells PEOPLE.

Colts' tight end Kylen Granson is encouraging football players to wear guardian caps for extra head protection on the field.
After the 25-year-old NFL player made headlines for deciding to wear the protective equipment during the regular season, Granson shared his thoughtful reasons why in avideoshared on Instagram.
Granson said the guardian cap was “first introduced last year,” and became a requirement for “most of the offensive line and the defensive line,” to wear during practices.
