A 39-year-old woman has tragically died after her car fell 1,000 feet down an Arizona mountainside.Kristin Little was ejected from her vehicle and died as it fell in the Thumb Butte area in Prescott, Ariz., on Friday, Aug. 16, Yavapai County Sheriff’s Office (YSCO) confirmed in anews release.Little is believed to have been driving along Thumb Butte Loop Road when she “veered to the left causing her to go off the road and down the mountain.

Around 9 a.m. on Sept. 27, as Ryan Wiebe and his family stood inknee-deep floodwater from Hurricane Helenein their kitchen in Burnsville, N.C., they made the decision to get to safety.
Ryan, his wife, Anna, and their two teenage children grabbed their backpacks and the family cat, Charlie, and ran barefoot out of the house to climb to higher ground at Ryan’s mother’s home a few hundred yards away on a shared property.
