At the time, Dugan was inside a building riding a horse, the sheriff’s office said. She was arrested and taken to the Merrick County Jail, where she was booked on one count of felony child abuse. It’s unclear if she has entered a plea or retained an attorney to speak on her behalf.

A woman in California was arrested and charged after police say her newborn infant was found on the street alone.
The Lodi Police Department wrote in apost on Facebookthat police were dispatched on Thursday, Sept. 26, after they received a call about an infant found in the Lodi area around 11:40 a.m. Police said “numerous patrol and investigative units” located the infant, who was “pronounced deceased.

On Sunday, Aug. 4, the 47-year-old woman was reportedly riding the jet ski with her 48-year-old partner in Arcachon Bay off the southwest coast of France when the accident occurred, per French newspapersSud OuestandThe Connexion, and U.K. newspaperThe Times.
According toThe Times, the family, from the city of Angoulême in western France, had been under an instructor’s supervision at the time of the incident.

The mother of a 2-month-old girl has died in Maryland two days after she was injured in a tragic incident involving a golf cart, police said.
On Saturday, Nov. 9, at approximately 7:24 p.m. local time, Anne Arundel County Police Department officers were called to an address in Annapolis to help assist an injured person, according to anews release.
“A preliminary investigation revealed that Mary Blasetti had sustained life-threatening injuries in an incident involving an E-Z-GO golf cart,” police said.
