Amanda Kloots Calls Teaming Up with Tyler Henry 'Kismet' as New Show Premieres on Her Late Husband’s Birthday (Exclusive)

Amanda Klootsknows her role on the upcoming showLive from the Other Side with Tyler Henryis meant to be.PEOPLE can exclusively reveal thatThe Talkco-host, 42, will serve as moderator on the upcoming live Netflix series, on whichTyler Henrywill give “celebrity guests hope, healing and long sought-after answers through emotional readings that showcase his gifts as a medium, clairvoyant and medical intuitive,” according to an official synopsis.Kloots tells PEOPLE that she was drawn to the series following the death of her husbandNick Cordero, whodied in July 2020due to COVID-19 complications.“It’s no secret that I have a recent death in my family, and that has been a huge chapter in my life,” she shares. “And since losing Nick, I’ve had some amazing readings from mediums. I’ve never met Tyler before, but of course had known of him. I believe in asking for signs,” she shares. “And Tyler actually had an amazing answer. I asked him this question about how we can get better at receiving signs from our spirit guides. And he said, he goes, ‘Amanda, it’s about subtracting things from our life. We get so busy in our daily life and we lose sight of our intuition. We see a sign, but then we say, no, that couldn’t possibly be it.’ And so he was like, ‘It’s actually about subtracting the noise. And then those signs come through.’”“And I love that answer, because I sometimes feel like it’s like, ‘I have to do more. I have to get better night’s sleep so that I get dreams, or I have to do this or do that.’ And it’s like, no, you don’t. He had the most beautiful answer about it, just kind of tuning our own bodies, our own energy, and subtracting the chaos from our lives. So that’s kind of what I try to do.
