Amy Adamsis exploring her wild side.

The six-time Oscar nominee, 50, stars as a new mom who is convinced she’s turning into a dog inNightbitch, an adaptation of author Rachel Yoder’s 2021 novel.

Per a synopsis, Adams’ character “pauses her career to be a stay-at-home mom, but soon her new domesticity takes a surreal turn.” Are her doglike features merely a trick of the imagination?

Searchlight Pictures, the distributor behind the movie, released a poster on May 12, revealing a cheeky tagline: “Motherhood is a bitch.”
