Aubrey Plaza’s rule of thumb when it comes to underwear is to skip wearing it altogether.The actress, 40, recently filmed asit-down videowith herMy Old Asscostar, Maisy Stella, forEntertainment Weekly, which led to a confession from Plaza about her love for going commando. Here’s how it happened.At some point in the clip, Plaza expresses some kind of discomfort in the way she’s sitting (“I’m on fire,” she says specifically). Wondering if it was the chair or her “old ass,” Plaza thought maybe the problem was that she was quite literally butt naked. “Maybe I should’ve worn underwear, but I never do. And then I get f—ed,” she said.TheParks and Recreationalum may have been joking about her lack of underwear (or not), but she doubled down on her no-bottoms philosophy nonetheless.“I feel like acting is all about, you have to have your body in this weird malleable state,” she said while telling Stella the “rules” she likes to follow on set.“Never have to pee when you’re doing a scene. Even if you a little bit are like, ‘Maybe I have to pee,’ just get it all out. Just get whatever fluids out. Be like an empty vessel. And if you don’t wear underwear, it can come out faster.
