Joey, who got engaged toKelsey Andersonin thefinale of hisBachelorseason, told PEOPLE he had big — and boozy — plans to celebrate his win.

“I got a really nice bottle of Patron and we’re gonna get a little drunk,” he said. “I’ll be honest, it’s been a little bit.”
