Brooke Mueller and Charlie Sheen's Twin Sons Bob and Max, 15, Make Rare Appearance at Mom's 47th Birthday

Brooke MuellerandCharlie Sheen’stwin sons are all grown up.

On Saturday, Aug. 17, 15-year-old twins Bob and Max posed with Mueller at her 47th birthday party, standing just as tall as their mom as they smiled in a photo together.

Mueller, who was married to Sheen from 2008 to 2011, wore a white dress with fringe at the bottom, placing her arms around her two sons. She stood in between her boys, who matched in gray T-shirts.

According to a source, Mueller met Perry 20 years ago before she married Sheen. The two reconnected a few years ago while in rehab.

Speaking with PEOPLE in December 2023, Sheen, 58, talked about his relationship with his twin sons. The father of five — who also shares daughtersSami, 20, andLola, 19, with ex-wifeDenise Richards, and 39-year-oldCassandra Jade Estevez, with ex-girlfriendPaula Speert— said that his youngest pair appreciates both his sobriety and how he handledMueller’s alleged relapse earlier that year.

“She’s trying to figure some stuff out on her end,” he acknowledged at the time.

“The boys are proud of me, now. They see what mom goes through, and I’m not dumping on mom because I know it’s a thing,” he added.

Although Sheen and Mueller share physical custody of the boys, the paperwork states that “the minor children’s primary residence will be with [Sheen].”

“Brooke shall enjoy reasonable and flexible periods of custody and visitation as agreed and arranged between the Parties, recognizing the goal of frequent and continuous contact between the minors and both parents.”
