After closing over a dozen locations, the Italian-American dining brand Buca di Beppo has filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy.

The company’s president Rich Saultz said in a statement that the filing will be a “strategic step for a strong future.”

“While the restaurant industry has faced significant challenges, this move is the best next step for our brand,” he said.

Saultz also said that he’s “enthusiastic” to enter the restaurant’s next phase.

Some good news for customers in the meantime: Promotions and reservations will still be honored at the open locations, so it will be business as usual for anyone craving their meatballs.

The chain peaked in 2013 when it had 95 locations, according to the outlet.

A representative for Buca di Beppo confirmed the 13 closures to PEOPLE and added that there is currently no definite plan to close further locations.
