Candace Cameron Bure Says She 'Can't Wait to Be a Grandma' After Son Lev's Wedding, but 'No Pressure' (Exclusive)

Candace Cameron Bureis excited to one day become a grandma — but on her kids' own terms.

Nearly eight months after her sonLev Bure, 24, got married, theFull Houseactress tells PEOPLE she “can’t wait to be a grandma,” during a red carpet at 90s Con in Daytona Beach, Florida, on Saturday, Sept. 14.

But, Candace clarifies, “I don’t know when that’s gonna happen — no pressure from me.”

Lev wedElliott Dunhamin January, after which Candace — who also shares daughterNatasha, 26, and sonMaksim, 22, with husbandValeri Bure— shared a series ofphotosfrom the outdoor nuptials and wrote, “I present to you, Mr. and Mrs. Lev Bure 💍 ♥️.”

She went on to reflect on how happy she felt witnessing her son get married: “Words cannot express the joy we have felt this weekend celebratingthe marriage of our son and his bride Elliott. We gained a beautiful daughter and a wonderful family to do life with. My heart is so full ♥️♥️♥️.”

Speaking with PEOPLE on Saturday, the proud mom says, “I love his wife so much. It’s just fun to see them growing together in marriage, and they’re super happy.”

She adds, “And they live 10 minutes from us so we still kind of see them every day. It’s a mom and dad’s dream.”

The following month, Candace revealed to PEOPLE at the Movieguide Award Gala in Los Angeles which memories of Lev’s then-recent nuptials are most special to her.

“Oh goodness,the whole thing was amazing,” said the mom of three. “I’m mother of the groom, so it was like a highlight of my entire life.”

She added at the time, “It was fantastic, but I would just say the actual ceremony was so beautiful.”

As for the connection between Lev and his now-wife Elliott, “They’re so in love,” Candace noted, adding that her son’s relationship with his wife, “makes my mama heart swell.”

90s Con Florida is occurring through Sunday, Sept. 15, at the Ocean Center in Daytona Beach, Fla.
