On July 31, the author shared thatEvery Summer Afterwill be adapted into a television series for Amazon Prime Video. The novel follows Persephone, nicknamed Percy, and Charlie’s brother Sam, whose longtime friendship is strained when Percy leaves Barry’s Bay for the city. When Percy returns to her hometown for Sam’s mother’s funeral, the two must come to terms with their past mistakes when they reunite.
