Dave Grohl and Jordyn Blum Smiled at Wimbledon Outing 2 Months Before Rocker's Secret Baby News

Grohl, 55, and Blum, 48, were last seen in public together on July 2, when they attended the famed tennis tournament in London together. The pair were photographed smiling and laughing, and even chatted with Duran Duran rocker Simon Le Bon from their seats in the coveted Royal Box.

Grohl and Blum, co-founder of the interior design team Hollis Jordyn Design, celebrated their 21st wedding anniversary in August. They’re parents to daughtersViolet, 18, Harper, 15, and Ophelia, 10.

In the wake of their dad’s announcement, Violet seemingly deactivated her Instagram accounts, though it remains unclear when she did so.

Grohl and Blum first met in 2001, and dated casually before going their separate ways. But when Grohl’s now-late bandmateTaylor Hawkinswent into a brief coma that same year following an overdose on painkillers, it inspired Grohl to rethink things.

“I had decided I didn’t want to get serious about a relationship because I was single and I was running around — I was free,” he toldTeen Peoplein 2003. “But that was the first thing I thought about when Taylor came out of [his coma]: I had met the woman that I should marry and have children with and I hadn’t talked to her in months. She said, ‘You’re the last person I thought I’d ever hear from again.’ And I said, ‘Hey, let’s go to dinner.’”

The pair tied the knot in 2003 at their home in Los Angeles.
