Norman Reedusis bonding with his little girl!

TheWalking Deadstar, 55, spent some quality time outdoors with daughterNova Tennessee, according to a newInstagram postfrom his fiancée — and Nova’s mom —Diane Kruger.

On Saturday, Aug. 11, the actress, 48, shared a series of summertime snaps, including a sweet father-daughter photo of Reedus and 5-year-old Nova, whose face the couple chooses not to share on social media.

Her head of blonde hair, meanwhile, blocks her dad’s face from view, with just his hat and brown locks peeking out from behind her.

Elsewhere in the post, Kruger shared photos of herself — one standing in a bathroom and another relaxing on a boat — as well as a close-up shot of a plate of flower-themed sweets.

The star did not offer any more context about the father-daughter bonding moment or selfies. Rather, in the caption, she kept things simple with a “🐠” emoji — a vague but appropriate choice given Reedus’ last family-orientedInstagram post.

In July, the actor shared a snap of his and a child’s feet, presumably Nova’s, dangling in aquariums filled with fish.

Much like their own relationship, Kruger and Reedus are quite private when it comes to their little girl.

At the time, the actress said that she and Reedus chose Nova because it means “new beginning” and “a nova star keeps changing and is reborn.” As for her state-inspired middle name? “We love Tennessee and the Smoky Mountains. We do motorcycle trips there,” she explained.

And Nova has not only the support of her parents — whoseengagement was confirmedin 2021 — but also an older brother, 24-year-oldMingus Lucien Reedus, from her dad’s relationship with exHelena Christensen.

While speaking withPORTER Editin 2019, Kruger discussed the journey that led her to motherhood, and revealed that Reedus has taught her a thing or two about parenting because of his experience raising Mingus.

“He teaches me a lot [about parenting], because he’s done it before,” she said at the time. “There’s definitely something to be said for being with someone who is doing it for the second time.”
