FrozenFans Are Shocked to Learn Kristen Bell Is the Voice of Anna as She Sings with TikTok Duo

SomeFrozenfans are still shocked to learn thatKristen Bellis the voice behind Anna in the animated movies.

TheNobody Wants Thisstar, 44, recently joinedTikTokstars Anthony Gargiula and Jonathan Tilkin to sing a rendition ofFrozen’s “Love is an Open Door” on Oct. 22.

Gargiula and Tilkin are known for singing nostalgic duets with other high-profile acts, previously having singers such asChristina PerriandJesse McCartneyin their videos.

Since their duet with Bell was shared on TikTok, the video has racked up five million views and given fans a new appreciation for Bell’s singing abilities.

Another user professed that Bell is one of “the most talented people ever.”

Bell voices the role of Princess Anna of Arendelle in both installments of theFrozenmovies alongsideJonathan Groff,Josh GadandIdina Menzel, the latter of whom voices Elsa, Anna’s older sister and the queen of Arendelle.

Bell — who is also known for her roles inVeronica MarsandThe Good Place— previously told PEOPLE she’s not totally surprised when people don’t recognize her singing voice, despite the popularity and success of theFrozenfilms.

“I still feel like people look at me and go like, ‘Oh, can you sing?’ Which is, of course, why would they know that,” she says, noting that part of the confusion comes from the fact that her voice is associated with the iconic character, not her face.

Bell and the rest of theFrozencast previously expressed their excitement to be involved in a third installment of the Disney animated film. Back in 2022, Bell went on theTonight Show with Jimmy Fallonand jokingly announcedFrozen 3"with zero authority."

“Please bear in mind I did say ‘zero authority,’ ‘cause I can’t [actually make that announcement],” she clarified, teasing “there could be something in the works and something maybe happening, maybe.”

In February 2023, Disney CEOBob Igerconfirmed thatFrozen 3was officially in the works and is expected toopen in theaters on Nov. 27, 2027.
