The second annualPeople’s Choice Country Awardsis one of the genre’s most star-studded nights of the year, but rising superstarJelly Rollis not in Nashville to take home some gold.The 39-year-old, born Jason DeFord, is forgoing the red carpet to hit the road for his Beautifully Broken tour.
