Hoda Kotb Celebrates Milestone 60th Birthday with Daughters and Ex-Fiancé Joel Schiffman: ‘My Party Was Perfect’

Hoda Kotbis celebrating another milestone birthday with loved ones!

AnInstagram postshared on Saturday, Aug. 10, showed them all gathered around a table with two cakes. Kotb could be seen smiling widely, wearing a silver birthday hat on her head while standing beside herex-fiancé, Joel Schiffman, their daughters, her mother, Sameha Kotb, and others.

“Thx for all of the wonderful bday wishes!!!! My party was perfect! —Minus my sis being home sick 🤧 we missed you Hala—❤️❤️❤️,” Kotb wrote.

In a follow-up video, her loved ones could be heard singing “Happy Birthday” to her as she moved to her hug Haley Joy in front of the cake. The pair leaned in to blow out the candles after the photos were taken and everyone applauded. Kotb could then be seen hugging her two little girls.

She also shared a snap of the birthday balloons and flower bouquets she received, which adorned the area around her closed-off fireplace. Her final photo showed her two daughters smiling at the camera as loved ones served food outdoors.

“Great bday morning!! Lucky me xoxoxo,” she captioned her post.

Kotb’s family members weren’t the only ones celebrating her 60th birthday. HerTodayco-host and friendSavannah Guthriealso paid tribute to her big day onInstagram, sharing her favorite things about the on-air star.

“Happy birthday to the one who brings a smile to every person she encounters, who is quick with a hug, whose giggle is infectious, who cheerleads for others relentlessly,” she wrote. “To the one whose mere presence immediately changes the atmosphere for the better … I love you and admire you and treasure every minute we get to spend together.”

“This is 60, you beautiful creature you!” her post concluded, alongside a photo of the two laughing as they sat at the anchor desk together.
