Jenna Dewan Explains Why She Always Has the Hardest Time with Daughter Everly's Halloween Costumes (Exclusive)

Jenna Dewanis excited to celebrate Halloween with her newly minted family of five – but her older daughter Everly doesn’t always make the costume search easy.

“I’m on Etsy three months ahead of time trying to find bits and pieces that all come together to be this one anime character,” the mom of three tells PEOPLE. “But that’s been fun but it’s every year, so I’m used to it with her.”

As for her son Callum, 4, and daughter Rhiannon, whom she shares with fiancé Steve Kazee, Dewan says their costumes will be a little bit easier.

“Callum wants to be a dragon, so we’re looking for the cutest dragon costume or dinosaur,” she shares.

Elsewhere in the interview, Dewan spoke abouthow the transition from two to three kids has been going, saying that it’s been surprisingly easier than she expected.

“I think I had the idea it was going to be so hard,” Dewan tells PEOPLE. “I’m thinking, ‘How in the world do you do three kids?’ But I always tell people to leave room in your brain, in your mind, about it actually going better than you think, always in all areas of life, not just with parenting.”
