Jenny SlateandHenry Winklerare together again!
The comedian, 42, appeared on the Oct. 25 episode ofThe Drew Barrymore Show, where hostDrew Barrymorehad a special surprise in store.
While talking about her new book of essays calledLifeform,Slate and Barrymore got on the topic of herParks and Recco-star Winkler.
“An angel — the greatest person ever,” Slate gushed of the veteran actor, 78.
“People are so obsessed withParks and Rec,” Barrymore then said. “We actually have aParks and Recsuperfan in the audience, may they ask you a question?”
As Slate said, “Of course,” she looked around the stands and spotted Winkler sitting amongst the crowd.
“I was just wondering, can I have some of that money back?" he joked as he stood up and took his hat off. “And how are you?”
Slate immediately squealed with excitement and jumped out of her seat, asking if he could come join them on the stage.
“Oh my gosh, Henry,” she exclaimed. “Henry, I love you!”
The pair then exchanged hugs as Barrymore declared: “Two of the greatest people right here together… How long has it been since you’ve seen each other?”

Slate then sat back down and wiped away her tears. “Oh my God, that was crazy, you really got me,” she said. “That made me feel so good. Thanks for setting that up.”
“He was so excited and so game and he’s such a good person,” Barrymore said before turning the topic back to the book.
Slate starred as Mona-Lisa Saperstein, the twin sister of Jean-Ralphio, onParks and Recreation. She first appeared in season 5 and appeared in nine episodes throughout the season. Meanwhile, Winkler portrayed Dr. Saperstein on the NBC sitcom, appearing in eight episodes throughout season 6 and 7.
The series, which also starred Amy Poehler, Rashida Jones, Nick Offerman, Aubrey Plaza, Chris Pratt, and Adam Scott, among others, premiered in April 2009 and ran for seven seasons until February 2015.
