Sammi ‘Sweetheart’ Giancolais speaking out about a difficult moment she experienced.
In a confessional, Giancola explains that the two learned they were no longer pregnant after a failed round of in vitro fertilization (IVF). Although she did become pregnant, the embryo ultimately did not survive, and she experienced a miscarriage.

“This has been a very long process. It’s been a lot of shots, it’s been a lot of hormones,” Giancola explains in her interview. “Just the thought of even being pregnant was such a magical moment for me, and just to have that taken away. It’s devastating for me.”
Throughout the entire experience, Giancola could lean on May for support, noting that he was willing to take a break from IVF for as long as she needed.
This past April, Giancola revealed in anInstagram postthather longtime boyfriend May proposedon March 16.
“Life update: Fiancé 💍🥹♥️ 3.16.24 The easiest question I’ve ever answered.. happiest & luckiest girl in the world 😭 I’ll love you forever, and then some 🤍#Futurewifey#Engaged,” the star wrote next to a series of photos from their special day.
