The former couple, who tied the knot in 2010 and were married for 13 years, will share legal and physical custody of their three children – Christian, 13, Celine, 11, andKapri, 3– per the filing. Additionally, McCray requested spousal support from Haqq, 41.
TMZwas the first to report the news.
He listed their date of separation as July 7, 2023, which is over a month before Haqq shared the news of their split in astatementon Instagram.
She continued, “I did not come to this decision lightly. For the most part, I have kept my relationship private for the benefit of our family. I share this not because I believe it’s newsworthy ~ But so that we go about our lives with honesty and to begin the journey of co-parenting. I’m so grateful for my incredible support system!”
Haqq has not filed her own divorce petition since her ex’s Aug. 16 filing. A rep for Haqq did not immediately respond to PEOPLE’s request for comment.

Since announcing the split last year, Haqq has not commented further on her status with McCray, though she often takes to social media to share her love for her kids.
