The final body from theluxury yacht that sank off the coast of Sicilythis week has been found.
An Italian coast guard source tells PEOPLE that as of Friday, Aug. 23, the “last person still missing in the Palermo shipwreck is identified.”
The discovery comes after four other bodieswere recoveredon Wednesday, Aug, 21, while afifth body was foundin the wreckage.
On Thursday, Aug. 22, as five more bodies had been found, an Italian government official confirmed that British tech entrepreneurMike Lynchwas among the dead. Hisdaughter Hannah remained missingat the time.
The Italian authorities have not formally identified the victims.

Lynch’s wife, Angela Bacares, was one of the 15 people who were rescued.
Others missing were previously identified as Chairman of Morgan Stanley InternationalJonathan Bloomer, his wife, Judy Bloomer, and New York City-based lawyerChristopher Morvilloand his wife, jewelry designer Neda Morvillo.

A source close to the investigators dealing with the incident previously told PEOPLE that authorities were focusing on finding the victims before looking into what happened.
“Obviously the priority is being able to work out what has happened to those that are missing and recover any bodies,” the source said. “At the moment,no one has been placed under investigationbecause until they find the bodies, they cannot evaluate any sort of accusation or charge.”
The passengers on theBayesianwere celebratingafter Lynch wasacquitted in June in a financial fraud trialin the U.S., a source close to the survivors told PEOPLE.
“That’s why he took his closest friends and colleagues on the trip,” the source said.
Morvillohad represented Lynchin the fraud case and other firm employees were on theBayesianas well, a spokesperson for Clifford Chance, his law firm, said in a statement.
“I have various medical things that would have made it difficult to survive,” Lynch, a father of two children — Hannah, 18, and another daughter, 21 — told the paper.

Danny Fortson, who interviewed Lynch for the story, previously told PEOPLE that Lynch seemed “incredibly grateful and happy” about being acquitted but wasstill “struggling to accept” his new reality.
Ahead of his conversation with PEOPLE,The Sunday Timescorrespondent shared a post onX (formerly known as Twitter)reacting to the news that Lynch and his 18-year-old daughter were missing.
He wrote, “The terrible irony is that when we sat down last month, he made it clear that he felt he had won a new lease on life.’ ”
