Lauren London Shares Rare Snap of Her and Nipsey Hussle's Son for His 8th Birthday: 'My Little Wise One'

Lauren Londonis celebrating her youngest son’s birthday!

On Sunday, Aug. 31, the actress, 39, shared asweet tribute on Instagramwhich included a rare photo of her son Kross Ermias Asghedom to celebrate him turning 8.

“My little Wise One,” London wrote in the caption. “You are the Hope and Promise.”

The photo shows Kross wearing a black T-shirt and black pants while standing in front of a scenic background. He paired his monochromatic look with a pendant necklace.

London shares Kross with her late boyfriendNipsey Hussle, whowas shot and killedoutside of his Los Angeles clothing store in March 2019. Kross was only 2½ years old at the time.

London also has a 14-year-old son, Kameron, with rapperLil Wayne.

Back in May, theYou Peopleactressshared two selfieswith her sons on Instagramin honor of Mother’s Day.

“Kam and Kross Mama! I’m just the portal. They are constant reminders of Gods Love. Pure Heart Balm,” she captioned the post. “Honored to be their Mommy. Happy Mothers Day. Yours. Mine. Ours.”

In March, sheshared an Instagram posttoreflect on the fifth anniversaryof Hussle’s death. “If you know me, you know March is always tough for me,” London wrote at the time, while sharing a photo of the late rapper looking into the camera.

“31 days of holding my breath,” she continued. “This day decided to fall on Easter Sunday this 2024. Interesting…. considering your name #GodWillRise.”

“Energy never dies…. I love you,” London concluded. “Eternal.💙🏁.”

Hussle was afather of two, as he also had a daughter, Emani, with ex Tanisha Foster.

London has been candid about missing Hussle over the years. She told PEOPLE ina 2023 podcast interviewthat while she has been focusing on trying to find peace and celebrate her parenting and career triumphs, she still has “the feeling of there’s one person you wished was here to watch the movie with you.”

“I also don’t want to give a misconception that I’m at peace and I’m walking around on a cloud,” she continued. “I have to wake up with the intention of this every day because there are days I don’t want to, and I’m angry about it. And that’s what healing is. It is up and down, side to side, all over the place. You know what I mean? And with each new level, there’s something else.”
