Lily Allenshared that she returned a dog she adopted during the pandemic following an incident with her family’s passports.
Welsh television presenter Steve Jones, the podcast’s guest for the Aug. 22 episode, told Allen that getting a dog was “a hell of a commitment” and asked if she and her husband,David Harbour, were ready for it. Allen responded that the family had already adopted a dog together, “but then it ate my passport, and so I took her back to the home.”
“She ate all 3 of our passports, and they had our visas in. And I cannot tell you how much money it cost me to get everything replaced because it was in COVID. And so it was just an absolute logistical nightmare,” Allen continued.
