Love Is Blind's Bliss and Zack Plan to Show Daughter Their Season, Despite Rocky Coupling (Exclusive)

Bliss PoureetezadiandZack Goytowskiare planning on showing their daughter their love story — even though there were a few bumps along the road.

Of course, part of showing their daughter their love story is seeing all the twists and turns of the season. Although Bliss and Zack had an immediate connection in the pods, the two did not initially get engaged.

Zack proposed to another cast member but ultimately realized that his heart was with Bliss. The two then got engaged and ended up saying yes at the altar in the season 4 finale.

“I think one of the things I really love about our story is it’s very real. Things aren’t always a straight line, and that’s okay,” Bliss explains. “And I want our daughter to know that things are not perfect in the real world and things don’t have to be perfect to work out.”

“And that forgiveness and grace are so incredibly key and important in your life. And giving second chances is important. And I think our story really exemplifies what we want our daughter to know as she grows up, and that is our hope for her.”

She continues, saying that another thing she can’t wait to show her daughter is the fact that she and Zack fell in love without ever really seeing each other.

“We fell in love with what was on the inside, and that’s another really important thing that we want our daughter to know, especially as a woman, that her value isn’t tied to just how she will look, it’s tied to who she is,” Bliss tells PEOPLE. “And me and her dad saw that in each other, and I think that’s just a really beautiful thing to share with her.”
