The couple, who met on season one of Netflix’sLove on the Spectrum, first bonded over their shared love of lions andThe Lion King. Now, three years and a trip to Africa later, Romeo, 26, and Isaacman, 29, visited New York City to attend an autism-friendly performance ofThe Lion Kingon Broadway.

This isn’t the first time Romeo and Isaacman have celebrated their love forThe Lion King. Years after Romeo shared her dream of visiting Africa to see lions on their first date, Isaacman surprised her with flights for a safari with their families in season two ofLove on the Spectrum.

While in Kenya, the pair — who often refer to each other as “Lion” and “Lioness” — held hands and sang a rendition of “Can You Feel the Love Tonight,” a moment thathas since gone viralfor being one of the most wholesome moments of the season.
