Michael Jordan’s massive customized mansion located outside of Chicago has finally found a buyer after 12 years on the market.The Highland Park, Ill. property is reportedly under contract as of Sunday, Sept. 15, listing agent Katherine Malkin of Compass confirmed toCBS NewsandNBC Chicago. The sale is “contingent” according to thelisting, meaning the prospective buyer and seller have signed a contract, but the buyer still has the right to leave the sale, perForbes.While the final sale price is not known at this time, the property is currently listed at $14.9 million.
