Rochelle Watts and 4 Children, Including Newborn, Missing

Rochelle Watts, 35, has not been seen since Friday, Sept. 27, New South Wales police said in anews release.

According to police, Watts was last seen at around 2:30 p.m. local time in the town of Goulburn, which is approximately 120 miles southwest of Sydney.

“Police and family hold serious concerns for her welfare,” officials said, per the release. “[Watts] is believed to be with her four children.” She has two sons, who are 15 and 10, an 8-year-old daughter and the newborn.

Watts is described as being around 5 feet, 4 inches tall with “a large build, red/ginger hair, and hazel eyes,” according to the authorities.

The family’s German shepherd, Elsa, is also believed to be with them, police said.

Police are also following a tip-off that the mom of four may be in the town of Murgon in Queensland, which has a population of 2,000 people and is around 160 miles northwest of Brisbane — and is roughly 750 miles from where the family was last seen.

Investigators are now asking for public assistance in the search for Watts and her children.

A spokeswoman for the NSW police said that ACT Policing and other interstate agencies “had been notified about the mother and children,”The Canberra Timesreported.

“Police are still making inquiries,” the spokeswoman said, per the outlet.
