Mom Claims Disneyland Character Tapped Her Sleeping Baby Awake Without Consent: 'So Shocked'

One mom is documenting the “weirdest experience” she’s ever had at Disneyland.

Kat Pond, who has a TikTok account for her family called@ThePondss, shared a video in which she described a “crazy” interaction with a character at Disneyland.

Pond recalled asserting to the character, “She was asleep,” to which the character allegedly responded, “Oh, it looks like princess is awake now.”

As she continued the story, Pond said she should have told the character to go away, but she was too “shocked” to protest. She then alleged that the character continued trying to talk to her and asked, “Don’t you want a photo with me?”

In the comment section, she told followers that she ended up reaching out to Disney. “They said they would investigate it and get back to me! I’ll let you guys know when i have an update,” she wrote on Tuesday, August 27.

PEOPLE reached out to a representative for Disney and to Pond for comment, but did not immediately hear back.
