Olivia Rodrigo Details What Her Ideal Day Off Looks Like — Including the ‘Beach’ and ‘a Glass of Wine’ (Exclusive)

A day off is never a “bad idea” forOlivia Rodrigo.

During an exclusive interview with PEOPLE at the nya EAST red carpet premiere of Netflix’sOlivia Rodrigo: GUTS World Tour, the pop star, 21, opened up about what her ideal day off looks like.

“Oh, my gosh, wake up, go get brunch with my friends, maybe write a song or something,” she says.

Rodrigo also adds that she loves “to go to the beach.”

“I love going to the beach and then sitting in the hot tub with a glass of wine,” says the “good 4 u” singer.

Elsewhere in the conversation, Rodrigo discussed how “terrified” she felt during the first night of her GUTS World Tour.

“I was like, ‘I should have rehearsed more… like I needed three more weeks to rehearse this thing,’ “ she told PEOPLE. “But I was like, ‘Oh well, I’m gonna go on.’ “

But Rodrigo recalled having “such a beautiful moment” with her parents and friends off-stage.

“I remember coming off stage and my mom, my dad, and all my friends were there to support me and just cheering,” she said. “We popped champagne. And it was such a beautiful moment. I’ll remember it forever.”

The “Vampire” singer said her hands were shaking from nerves when she played the piano during early stops in the tour.

“I was so scared that I was going to mess up,” said Rodrigo “And in the last ones, I feel like could really, like, sit into it and just enjoy myself.”

“I am so excited to share theGUTSWorld Tour with my fans,”Rodrigo said in a statement when the special was initially announced.“For those of you who didn’t get a chance to rock out in-person, now you can have the best seats in the house! And to the fans who cheered, screamed, and danced with me, I am so glad we get to do it all over again!”

The GUTS World Tourstarted on Feb. 23 in Palm Springs withChappell Roanas Rodrigo’s opening act. Also featured on the tour were The Breeders, Remi Wolf, PinkPantheress and Benee.
