One man had additional luck after finally finding a winning lottery ticket that he feared was lost forever after several weeks of searching.
Phillip H. was the lucky winner of Washington, D.C.‘sDC Lottery’sLucky for Life game on Aug. 12 — but he only recently claimed his full million-dollar prize because he couldn’t find one of his two winning tickets.

The Marion County Coroner’s Office identified the victim as Derek Sink, 39, in an email to PEOPLE on Tuesday, Nov. 12.
According to NBC affiliateWTHR, family members said that Sink got himself into the tanning bed on Friday, Nov. 8 at the Planet Fitness on Hardegan Street.
His family reported him missing on Sunday, Nov. 10, per theIndianapolis Star.

In an email to PEOPLE, the Raleigh Police Department said that its officers responded to the report of a deceased person at the Food Lion supermarket located at 4510 Capital Blvd. The police confirmed the body of an adult male in the freezer, adding that the incident is being treated as a death investigation.
“Food Lion is cooperating with local authorities in their investigation of this unfortunate incident,” the statement continued.

A 21-year-old man has been found guilty of six counts of murder after five people, including a pregnant teenager, were shot dead in Indianapolis.
Five people were shot dead in the attack: Kezzie Childs, 42, Raymond Childs, 42, Elijah Childs, 18, Rita Childs, 13, and Kiara Hawkins, 19. Hawkins' unborn child also died as a result of the shooting.
