After whispering, “Oh my god. You stress me out, dude” under her breath, the Bravolebrity, 45, admitted that she felt not using the embryos would be a “big mistake.”

“I think it would be a big mistake because we have the embryo. A lot of people who want to have a girl and do it naturally, they can’t guarantee that,” she explained before pausing when Pavit interrupted to take a photo of their food. “I’m about to lose my s—.”

Jessel continued, “I think we should probably see a professional therapist to help us figure this out. I think that you and I and our communication could use a little work.”

When the couple finished going back and forth about whose communications skills were worse, Jessel told cameras that she thought “a therapist would help him sort of understand his emotions.”

Back at the dinner table, Pavit asked how much couples counseling would cost. When Jessel said sessions could be from $300 to $500, Pavit said, “No way,” and insisted he could find a cheaper alternative.

“I think that we should give it a shot,” she replied. “You sort of always gravitate towards like, ‘Oh, it’s a bad thing.’ It’s actually not. A lot of people actually do therapy, like, Jenna [Lyons] and Cass [Bird] do therapy for instance.”

Pavit eventually claimed he’d “put it on my list” and Jessel confessed that his approach was “very frustrating.”

“That’s just his way of, kind of brushing everything under the rug. There’s no talking. That is how we deal with conflict in our household and let me tell you, this is not working,” she told cameras.

When Jessel let out a sigh, Pavit insisted he would arrange the first session.
