Rihanna and A$AP Rocky Have a Day Date on the Sea During Barbados Getaway Trip

RihannaandA$AP Rockyare soaking up some fun in the sun.

The rapper, 35, and Fenty Beauty founder, 36, were spotted hanging out at the beach on Tuesday, Aug. 6, during their latest getaway trip to the latter’s home country. The couple also seemed to enjoy a nice ride out on the sea, per photographs that captured the two goofing off in their lifevests on an orange sofa inflatable.

Just a day before the pair’s daytime date, Rihanna dazzled fans asshe made her grand return to the annual Crop Over Festivalin Barbados. The hitmaker walked the streets at the St. Michael event — also known as the Grand Kadooment parade — wearing a custom winged Carnival costume that covered her from head to toe.

The eye-catching feathered ensemble featured gold and bronze jewels and a matching headpiece, which perfectly complemented the singer’s chestnut tresses and blonde highlights.

Around this time last summer, Rihanna and Rocky werevacationing in Barbados with their 2-year-old son,RZA, enjoying some family fun time together shortly before theywelcomed their second child,Riot Rose, on Aug. 1, 2023.

The Grammy winner posted a sweet photo from the trio’s Caribbean vacationon Instagramin a July 2023 post captioned, “my Bajan boyz…🇧🇧❤️.”

Rihanna has always held strong ties to her native country. Speaking toInterview Magazinefor its April 2024 issue, the musician remarked, “Barbados will always be home. One hundred percent. I’m still a citizen after all these years.”

Rihanna’s recent home travels follow a few stylishNew York City date nightswith boyfriend Rocky. Back in May,sources told PEOPLEthat the proud parents of two are enjoying their romantic life after stepping out for a slew of public events together.

“They have always had a solid friendship and the romance just enhanced that,” a music management insider said of the power couple, noting that “family comes first” for them.

Another source said that Rihanna “is all about motherhood” now and “loves” parenting her children with Rocky. “She brings the kids on every trip, including work trips,” the insider shared. “The kids come with her everywhere. She never complains that she’s tired. She seems to just love life.”
