Sara Ramírezand ex-husband Ryan Debolt have agreed to finalizetheir divorce.
Once a judge signs off on their agreement, the exes' divorce will be officially terminated on Dec. 16.

In the original divorce filing, theAnd Just Like That…alumalso requested the pair’s assets be divided per their prenuptial agreement and the court’s ability to award spousal support for either party be terminated.

Ramírez — whocame out as non-binaryin 2020 and uses they/them pronouns — listed the date of separation as January 2018, more than three years before they announced the couple’s split on social media.
“Ryan and I are no longer together,” they shared in a since-deleted Instagram post in July 2021, perOut Magazine. “We remain loving and supportive in how we are choosing to forge our new individual paths.
“Thank you for holding space around our choices and respecting our families' privacy as we navigate this process on our own terms,” the statement continued.

In August, Ramírez shareda message of self-loveon their 48th birthday in a since-deleted Instagram post, writing, “There is so much to say but I’m gonna keep it simple. You’re welcome.”
