Sean 'Diddy' Combs Sued on Allegations He Sexually Assaulted 10 and 17-Year-Old Males in Mid-2000s

Sean “Diddy” Combsis facing new accusations involving drugs and sexual assault against minors.

Naming Combs, Daddy’s House Recordings Inc., Combs Global and Combs’Bad Boycompanies, one accuser alleged in his complaint that he met Combs during an “audition” in 2005 when he was just 10 years old. His parents flew him fromLos Angelesto New York City for meetings and introductions “with numerous people within the music industry”, including a sit-down with Combs.

He claims Combs or someone on Combs' staff laced the drinkwith drugssuch as GHB and/or ecstasy. A photo of the container allegedly used to lace the drink is included in the filing.

The accuser alleges that Combs forced him to perform oral sex and threatened to harm his parents if he told anyone. He also claims he “lost consciousness” and when he woke up crying his “anus and buttocks hurt badly” and his “pants were undone.” He adds he told his parents but they “were terrified of the potential consequences of reporting the abuse.”

In a second complaint, Diddy is accused of sexually assaulting a 17-year-old male around 2008.

In the complaint, Diddy is accused of masturbating himself while groping the teen during a private one-on-one interview on the first day of auditions. The complaint alleges on the second day of auditions, Diddy forced him to perform oral sex on him and his bodyguard. After the alleged assault, Diddy allegedly told the teen he would be “keeping an eye” on him after sensing his discomfort with what happened. The teen was eventually eliminated from the competition.

The complaint also claims that the teen was “unable to return to the music industry for seven years” following the assault.

“Both were seeking to break into the music business and were promised Combs could help them,” said lead counsel Tony Buzbee in a statement. “One alleged victim was ten at the time of the alleged occurrence, the other was seventeen. We will let the allegations in the filed complaints speak for themselves, and will work to see that justice is done. We will continue to file cases weekly naming Mr. Combs and others as defendants as we continue to gather evidence and prepare the filings.”

“The lawyer behind this lawsuit is interested in media attention rather than the truth, as is obvious from his constant press appearances and 1-800 number," Diddy’s attorneys said in a statement to PEOPLE. “As we’ve said before, Mr. Combs cannot respond to every new publicity stunt, even in response to claims that are facially ridiculous or demonstrably false. Mr. Combs and his legal team have full confidence in the facts and the integrity of the judicial process. In court, the truth will prevail: that Mr. Combs never sexually assaulted or trafficked anyone—man or woman, adult or minor.”

The claims are the latest in Combs' ongoing legal troubles. On Sept. 16, the disgraced music mogulwas arrestedin Manhattanand chargedwith sex trafficking, racketeering, and transportation to engage in prostitution.

He isbeing heldin Brooklyn’s Metropolitan Detention Center awaiting trial. Histrial is scheduled to beginon May 5, 2025.
