The all-too-relatable act was captured in a series of Instagram Stories shared on Biles' Instagram Stories on Sunday, Nov. 3, the day that the multi-city tour — including appearances fromJordan Chiles,Jade Carey,andHezly Rivera—ended in Detroit.

The tour began in Oceanside, Calif., in early September, just a few weeks after the2024 Summer Olympics, where Bilesearned four medalsand become an11-time Olympic medalist.
Before the tour’s start, Biles told PEOPLE that she was “excited” to go on tour after taking sometime off to help her prepare “mentally and physically.”

“Truthfully, I’ve only gone into the gym to practice a handful of times because of my schedule. I’ve barely been home, but my body needed this break, so I’m not mad about it,” she said at the time.
Days before the tour ended,Biles received a visit from her husband, Chicago Bears football safetyJonathan Owens, who took advantage of his Bye Week to spend time with his loved one.
Biles chronicled his visit in anInstagram postthat included photos of the two at an arcade and having lunch together.

While the gymnast has not announced if she will compete in the 2028 Los Angeles Summer Olympics, Owens, 29, previously told PEOPLE thathe’ll be on board for “whatever she chooses"and vows to “support her one thousand percent.”

“If she feels like it is time to focus on life… because when you are locked in, you do have to sacrifice a lot and you do miss a lot,” he shared with PEOPLE in August. “That’s the one thing that she would just have to figure out for herself. And like I said, man, I’m here to support her a thousand percent and whatever she decides to do.”
