In a spoof ofThe Devil Wears Pradaposted on the late-night show’sInstagram accounton Monday, Oct. 21,Stephen ColbertbecomesThe Late Show’s Miranda Priestly asBrian Cox,Jason Segeland the movie’s starStanley Tucciawait his arrival backstage.

“She’s on her way. Tell everyone!” Cox mouths over Blunt’s dialogue from the film.

Tucci, 63, responds with his line from the movie, “She’s not supposed to be here until 9.”

Meanwhile, Segel, 44, stands around observing, taking on the part of new hire Andy Sachs (Anne Hathaway).

“Alright everyone, gird your loins!” Tucci says in the clip. “Did someone eat an onion bagel?”

Segel then awkwardly lifts his hand to his mouth to check his breath, just as Hathaway does in the iconic movie scene.

Segal and Tucci appeared on episodes ofThe Late Showthat aired on Oct. 15 and 16, respectively, while Cox sat down with Colbert on the Oct. 21 episode.

Earlier this year, Blunt, 41, Hathaway, also 41, and Streep, 75,reunited on stageat theSAG Awardsto present the award for male actor in a comedy series.

As Streep opened the envelope to announce the winner, Blunt jokingly said, “By all means, move at a glacial pace. You know that thrills me,” in reference to a classic line of Streep’s fromthe film.

Tucci told PEOPLE earlier this month that he’d be “happy” to reprise his role asRunwayart director Nigel Kipling if theDevil Wears Pradasequelannounced in July asks him back.

“If it does happen, I can only say that I’ll be happy,” Tucci said. “I don’t really know. I haven’t [heard] about the plot or anything. I really haven’t.”

“I think we would have one of the best times ever,” Tucci said of returning toThe Devil Wears Prada. “I’ve made many movies, I’ve probably made close to 100 movies, and I don’t even know how many television episodes, but that experience was one of the greatest experiences I’ve ever had. It was just this perfect combination of people, from [director] David [Frankel] to Meryl to Annie, and Emily, who’s nowmy sister-in-law. It’s just great.”
