Stevie Nickswas hesitant to even watchDaisy Jones & The Sixat first, but she loved it — and now she’s so invested that she has her own ideas about how to continue the story.
In reality, the series — which sawRiley Keoughstar as a fictionalized version of Nicks alongsideSam Claflin,Suki Waterhouse,Camila Morroneand others — really struck the legendary singer, and now, she’s got an idea for a potential season 2.
“I wish that it could go into what if … had Billy come back after Billy’s wife died and knocked on her door, and they decided to make that last record that I always hoped thatLindsey [Buckingham]and I would make,” Nicks said.
The series ended with Billy Dunne (Claflin) beind a widower after his wife Camila (Morrone) died, but she left him one final gift as she encouraged Daisy (Keough) to reconnect with Billy.
In Nicks' mind, seeing Billy and Daisy come back together to “make that last record” like Camila wanted “would make a fantastic second season.”

She’s even brought the idea up to some of the major players behind the series, includingReese Witherspoon— who served as an executive producer of the series — and Keough, 35.
“I talked to Reese and Riley about it, and they loved the idea, but everybody’s so busy,” Nicks told the outlet. “Riley’s on her way to becoming a big movie star. But maybe one of these days, they’ll do it.”
Of the show generally, Nicks said that until she watched it, “I would have never thought it was even possible to emulate our life.”
Calling Daisy “very similar to me,” Nicks said that even though Keough “doesn’t look like me” and was “much snappier than me” as Daisy, she “instantly wanted to call her and meet her” after watching, adding, “And I did.”

She also praised Waterhouse, 32, who played Karen, for being “a greatChristine [McVie]— in her Englishness and just the way that she dressed.”

Nicks also said that Claflin, 38, “was spectacular” as Billy and she admitted, “I thought he captured so much of Lindsey that it was creepy. He had the curls and that dark handsomeness that Lindsey had.”
She called Morrone’s character Camila one of her “favorites,” too, explaining, “I thought that Camila and Daisy were a really good combination of me, the two of them put them together.”
