“We survived flight #2, the wild animal has been unleashed. 😅, Heather, 36, captioned a video she jointly posted with Tarek, 42, onInstagramon Friday, Aug. 9. In the adorable clip, the couple’s son Tristan could be seen running around a room screaming while wearing only his diaper.

“POV: getting off the second 9 hour flight with your toddler,” read text over the video of the 17-month-old letting out some pent-up energy. Tarek appeared to be sitting on a room floor watching his youngest child in amusement.

Heather also recently sharedhighlights of a family vacationto the Caribbean on social media.TheSelling Sunsetalum’s parents were along for the trip, as were Tarek’s two eldest children,Taylor, 13, and Brayden, 8, whom he shares with ex-wifeChristina Hall.

“Caribbean state of mind: activated 🏝️🥂🍓✨,” Heather captioned a set of photos and videos taken on the trip in a joint post with Tarek on Instagram on Aug. 3.

She posed in a red two-piece swimsuit in many of the photos in the set, which also featured a snapshot of Tristan playing in the sand and a video of the toddler dancing with his parents from his spot snuggled up in Tarek’s arms.

Heather also shared on Instagram on Aug. 1 that herfavorite time to spend with Tristancomes after he’s had a nap, “I cherish every second spent with him and look forward to this moment every day,” she wrote in a video caption at the time.
