They kept both their courtship and their wedding ceremony under wraps. Michaels and Barryreportedly met onSNL. The two are celebrating their 34th wedding anniversary this year.

She’s a mom

Michaels and Barry have three children together: Henry, Edward and Sophie.

Henry was the couple’s first child and was born in 1992. According to hisIMDB, he was a staff writer for the television showMiracle Workersin 2021.

Edward was born in 1994 and hasworkedas an associate producer at Broadway Video, his father’s production company.

Their daughter, Sophie, was born in 1998 and, according to herLinkedIn, works as the manager of talent and brand partnerships for the nutrition company Sakara Life.

According to a 2011 interview withThe Hollywood Reporter, Michaels lives in a home in Amagansett in East Hampton with his wife.

He is often in New York City to work onSNLand in a 2019 interview onBackstage, revealed he has an apartment in the city “near the park.”

His first wife was anSNLwriter, Rosie Shuster, the daughter of Frank Shuster, who was his comedy mentor. They married in 1971 and divorced in 1980.

A year later, in 1981, Michaels married model Susan Forristal and they divorced in 1987.
