Sophie Turnerhas found love again after her split fromJoe Jonas.

Later that year, Turner paid tribute to Pearson on Instagram in honor of his 30th birthday.

”Happy Birthday my angel pie,” she wrote alongside several photos of the couple. “30, flirty and thriving."

While in the past estates were used as large family homes and displays of wealth, Pearson has spoken about his family’s goal of making their property into multiple businesses. To that end, the Cowdray Estate is most known for its Polo Club, though it also houses a farm shop, café, golf club, cottages and more.

“Traditionally, estates were run like holiday homes," Pearson toldThe Gentleman’s Journal. “Someone got very successful, bought a home, and then used it as a way of doing whatever they wanted — polo, shooting, fishing — without really having to pay."

Pearson, who helped come up with business innovations for the home and runs its 200 full-time employees, plans to leave it to his children one day, he told the outlet.

“But the dream is to pass it on to my son or daughter in better nick than it’s in now. That’s the mentality when it comes to estates,” he said. “You’re so grateful that you’ve been given this opportunity, you want others to have the same opportunity that you had.”

He is the director of a property development company

After earning his degree in business, management and marketing from the University of West London, Pearson began working as a director at Cowdray Estate in 2016, per hisLinkedIn. However, in 2019, he took on an additional role as the director of Weetman Developments.

The property development company focuses on rentals that “provide a suitable alternative to those properties found in more expensive central locations.”

He previously dated a Greek royal

Pearson was previously in a high-profile relationship with Greek and Danish royal Princess Maria-Olympia, King Charles’ goddaughter. The princess toldThe Telegraphthat the pair began dating in 2020, and Olympia often posted pictures of the two together on her Instagram.

However, fans were quick to notice when Pearson wasn’t at Olympia’s birthday party in July, and just two months later, theDaily Mailreported that they had officially split. Olympia also wiped her Instagram of all photos with her ex.

He does not play polo, despite his family’s passion

Polo is the Cowdray Estate’s most popular attraction as several hundred thousand visitors, including the occasional royal family member, flock to the grounds every summer to attend matches.

“Polo is what people see and it’s the face of the business,” Pearson toldThe Gentleman’s Journal.

However, Pearson has admitted he isn’t much of an expert himself — but he’s learning.

“I’m getting lessons, I grew up riding and over the next few years it’s something I can see myself doing a lot more,” he told theTelegraphin 2018.

He and Turner were first seen together in October 2023

In December 2023, Turner and Pearson were photographed holding hands while on astroll through London. They also shared a kiss on the outing.

He keeps a low profile
